 AmeriCares HomeFront is a tax-exempt organization pursuant to section 501/( c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This letter confirms that AmeriCares HomeFront provided no goods or services in consideration, in whole or part, for your contribution.

 We are very grateful to receive your in-kind donation, which exemplifies our community based home repair assistance program.  Through the efforts of thousands of volunteers and many generous product and service donations, over 90 deserving properties were repaired on HomeFront Day 2008 for neighbors with financial and often physical limitations.   Your donation will ensure that we will be able to continue our mission in 2008.  In our first 20 years we have undertaken more than 2,200 renovation projects in CT and NY states—raising spirits and restoring hope in the process.

We hope that you will continue to contribute to AmeriCares HomeFront, as we work to help even more people remain safe, warm and dry in their homes.
