Once again, Bruce and his team have proven to me how dependable and professional they are. During the Halloween snowstorm and power failure, I asked Bruce if he might have any generators available. Not only did he reply that he did, but he shows up at my house on Monday night at 10:30PM with the generator and installs it. He even goes one better, if that is possible....by bringing along some gasoline for the generator. I was told that upon getting my power back to call Bruce and he would have one of his team come to disconnect the generator. And that is exactly what happened. Within a few hours of calling, Sean was there to disconnect the generator and put CL&P back into my house. CT Electrical is scheduled to come to my house this Friday to install the electrical components necessary to switch between line power and generator. I'm sure they will be here and do the proper job. They are that reliable. This is the second time we have used CT Electrical at my home for electrical work, and it more than likely won't be the last.

I just received my electric bill. My previous bill was $350.93. My new bill is $24.91. Keep in mind my service was not turned on until sometime after the billing cycle period. I can't wait to see my next bill which will be 100% on the new system. WOW I am amazed. It really is great knowing that you guys have solved my high electric bills. Recently, we had CT Electrical Services upgrade our whole house electrical service. We also had a total kitchen remodel going on at the same time. First, Bruce personally came to our house and worked with us to design an entire lighting system to beautifully compliment and enhance the new kitchen. He was also careful to make sure all electrical systems were up to code. Bruce and Linc always promptly return phone calls and make house visits when requested. CT Electrical has a professional, talented, and very knowledgeable staff. Bruce, Lincoln, Sean, Dan and Nick are prompt, friendly, and very hard-working. All we had to do is ask, and they responded to our requests and also made excellent suggestions. It was a pleasure having them share in creating our dream kitchen. I’m glad I came back and had your company install my solar pv system, after exploring and dealing with the larger solar pv installer. All they had time for was, “when was I going to sign the contract” …?

You know, Bruce, this took me about a year in research and trying to understand how solar pv works, brands of panels, inverts, and how and where to install these solar systems, and how the lease program works. There is tons of information out there but NO ONE to explain it to you, NO ONE to call and ask. Most if not all of the other installers just want the contract signed. Yes, I admit I had some dumb questions, and I know I repeated myself many times because I just didn’t grasp the answer. Your sales associate, Erik Anderson, was the key to me signing with CT Electric Services to install my solar PV station. He took the time to ANSWER and EXPLAIN the unknown. This solar power isn’t stuff that the wife and my kids talk about while having dinner, you know..! Solar technologies changes and it is foreign to us and to your future customers.

The unconditional help, understanding, and letting me make minor changes and requests as the project was in the works was very much appreciated. I recall you saying “communication is key to having a successful project and satisfied customer”. The biggest request I asked was to move the holes for the four poles, four feet North so they sit on the slope instead of the flat surface of the yard (DONE) and the smallest request was that every bolt gets brushed with anti seize before installation (Done) . Requests like that I believe would NOT been addressed with other Solar contractors, because it wasn’t spelled out in the contract.

I can’t express how much I like the solar system you installed for us….until I received my first CL&P bill of only $16.00 (distribution customer service charge) man I LOVE IT…!

To find a contractor like you and your entire team, right here in our backyard is a huge asset. I’ll be contacting you for all of my electrical and solar jobs. Because you are officially “My Electrician”..!

Lincoln was here today and did an excellent job!! Our two kitchen lights now work properly after his deft work. The dining room fixture required some imagination because the problem involved a stripped thread. Lincoln guessed that an electrical nut in his tool box might work. And it did. Now our artistic dinner light is aglow. Lincoln will return next week to tackle a problem with overheating of our refrigerator. You should know that your service was prompt, very courteous, and most rare -- you came on time as promised with an on the road "heads up". You have earned a place on my "good guys" list and I would not hesitate to recommend your team to anyone else.

Wow! What a great light at the end of a bad week. We lost a huge tree which took down all of our power lines. CL&P told us that even though our entire block got their power back on Thursday afternoon we probably would not get ours back until Tuesday. Friday afternoon a truck showed up in our driveway from CT Electrical Services. We thought maybe they were soliciting for something but then realized that Bruce and Nick were our knights in shining armor. They had been contracted by CL&P to fix individual’s power lines. My whole day was made. Even though they felt we would not get power back yesterday I was confident that we were on our way. At about 6:15 we heard the whrrrr of power and our nightmare was over. Not only were Bruce and Nick lovely and charming even after working many straight days fixing power lines but I learned that even though they are in Beacons Falls they will come and do work in our area. After 14 years here we still do not have an electrician that we really like or trust. We are so excited to find this wonderful company and these wonderful guys and hope to use them going forward for whatever electrical work we may have.

We called CT Electrical Services on a Friday at about 6 P.M. We didn't really expect a return call until possibly Saturday or more likely Monday. We were pleasantly surprised when Bruce returned our call a couple of hours later and was willing to come out on Saturday. I had gotten a shock when I touched our pool timer and naturally was a little concerned because it is on the same circuit as our pool pump. We really appreciate the promptness in which our call was returned and that Bruce was willing to come out on a weekend to alleviate our concerns. We will definitely be calling him in the future when any other issues arise and if we need any other work done.

I recently had CT Electrical Services upgrade my electric service to 200 amps in my older ranch house. It turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. The owner, Bruce Angeloszek, calls you back promptly. The crew , Lincoln, Shawn and Nick, show up on time and do high quality work. The job was completed as quoted and on time. The job was finished within days of my call for a quote, while the first electrician I called for an estimate still hasn’t called me back.

When first considering this project, we were concerned about the mess that drilling into walls and running new wires might entail. However, we soon realized that there was no reason to worry. What? Customer Service is BACK?? I had an urgent project that needed an electrician. Unfortunately an electrician I had hired last week simply didn't turn up. Frantic, I called CT Electrical Services. Bruce moved things around and sent two of the most professional electricians to my house the next morning. Lincoln and Adam - you guys rock (Personal note - I had the flu when they came and they went out and bought me DayQuil!) I've never seen more thorough and detailed electricians in my life. They worked on my house as if it were their house, never happy until it was perfect. If anyone is looking for great work with great customer service, use these guys. The hassle of dealing with anyone else just isn't worth it. Trust me.

Their work was thorough, neat, timely and efficient.  Mr. Angeloszek  provided fair and reasonable estimates, and stuck by them throughout the course of his service. The Solar System is performing flawlessly.

Excellent Job - March 15, 2010

For the first time as homeowners we had to hire an electrician. My husband and I were nervous about this because there are some pretty bad horror stories out there about people who come out to your home to do work. But I knew just by the way Bruce presented himself on the phone that this was not going to be one of those horror stories. We told him what we needed done. Excellent experience! When I called I thought I would have to wait a while to have the job done, but Bruce was at our house the very next day and the service was completed by the end of the week.
